Parkview Health , the largest non-profit health system in northeast Indiana, is currently seeking a board eligible/board certified Sleep Medicine physician to join our in Fort Wayne, Indiana

• The current team consists of 3 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
• Provider will see patients at our downtown hospital clinic located near Parkview Randalia Hospital .
• Our sleep lab has several locations throughout our service area.
