Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. The customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. A PuroClean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry./ph3Primary Responsibilities of Sales Representative:/h3ulliMeet and exceed sales quota by executing our sales system (we will train the new employee)/liliPromote and sell our services in the Denver Metro area and surroundings./liliCommunicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence using Route Sales/liliBuild stronger relationships with potential clients./liliPrepare daily sales routes and marketing activities/liliUpdate information (sales, KPIs, etc)/liliAttend training and meetings/liliParticipate in professional associations and networking events/liliCoordinate marketing activities and events/liliSet up weekly lunch and learns and promote continued education courses./liliCommunicate with centers of influence (COIs) on resolving concerns: face-to-face, phone, or e-mail/liliConduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts./liliSet up closing appointments./liliComplete documentation as appropriate/li/ulh3Position Requirements of Sales Representative:/h3ulliSuperb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills/liliComfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting/liliProcess and result-driven attitude/liliBeing able to make cold calls is a must/liliValid drivers license (to drive the companys vehicle during business hours)/liliExisting relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors builders, and plumbers are a plus/li/ulh3Physical and Work Environment Requirements of Sales Representative:/h3ulliThis job operates in a professional office environment./liliTravel is up to 70%, primarily local in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas during the business day./li/ulh3Working Hours:/h3pThis is a full-time position working varying hours.
