Inside Sales Representative (Full Time), Denver, CO IDN Company: IDN-H. Hoffman Type of Position: Full-Time Leading distributor of door hardware, doors & frames, locksmithing tools, access control systems, video surveillance equipment, and related security products is seeking a full‑time employee for a Customer Service / Order Processing position. Based in Denver, CO, the individual in this position is responsible for providing superior service for customers throughout Denver and surrounding states. Assisting customers by phone and in person (for walk‑in traffic/counter sales) Using the computer system to provide information on price and availability Order processing and related customer assistance, including special orders, promotions, returns, and related tasks Light warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) Manufacturer/vendor contact for factory orders Outbound customer calls to assist in growing the local business Excellent teamwork with branch staff to exceed customer expectations and support retention and growth goals Key Working Relationships: The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager in Denver, CO and work closely with other staff members and the local Outside Sales representative.
