We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to support patient care and daily office operations in a practice serving fewer than 20 patients per day. This role emphasizes patient education, scheduling, reception, and smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who communicates effectively and speaks Spanish.

 

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and manage reception activities.
• Educate patients about chiropractic care and office procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits.
• Provide support during chiropractic treatments.
• Communicate clearly with patients throughout their visits.
• Coordinate daily office activities and manage patient flow.
• Assist with serving fewer than 20 patients daily.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish-speaking ability.
• Quick learner with strong patient-flow management skills.
