Real Estate Investment Sales Representative To be considered for this position, 2+ years of sales experience are required. 5+ years is preferred. Assurance Home Buyers is looking for a competitive, driven Acquisitions Specialist who wants the opportunity to build a high-income career in real estate. This is not a salaried position where your paycheck stays the same whether you close one deal or ten. Your performance drives your income — and there is no commission ceiling. We provide the leads, systems, training, tools, and opportunity. You bring the hunger, discipline, follow-up, and ability to close. Our team works approximately 5-10 seller appointments per week throughout Tulsa, Washington, and Rogers County, acquiring properties through wholesale, fix-and-flip, and creative finance strategies. You do not need real estate experience. If you know how to sell, compete, communicate, and take coaching, we can teach you real estate. Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Drive property acquisition efforts by meeting with potential sellers and negotiating favorable terms. • Utilize provided leads and resources to identify and pursue new investment opportunities. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture relationships with potential sellers. • Analyze market trends and property values to make informed purchasing decisions. • Prepare and present compelling offers to sellers, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Attend weekly team meetings to share insights and refine acquisition tactics collectively. Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments To be considered for this position, 2+ years of sales experience are required . 5+ years is preferred. Experience in sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships with a focus on trust and transparency. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple leads using CRM tools. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for property acquisitions. Excellent communication skills to liaise between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions. Self-motivated and driven to achieve high-income goals through performance-based earnings. Compensation: $72,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Compensation:
$72,000-$150,000 per year
