T-Town Title in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate closings on site. You will open and maintain escrow files, review purchase agreements and title commitments, prepare settlement statements and closing documents, and coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and customers to ensure timely closings. You will conduct signings, explain documents clearly, handle funds per regulations, and ensure documents are properly executed, notarized, and recorded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
