About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Building Materials. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading all national business development and revenue-generating activities, with a focus on expanding customer relationships and building a high-performing commercial organization. This executive leadership role demands a strategic vision, operational discipline, and hands-on market engagement. The VP of Sales will work closely with various internal teams to align growth initiatives with operational execution and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty construction, waterproofing, restoration, or related commercial construction markets, and must possess the ability to drive profitable growth through both relationship development and strategic market expansion. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior sales leadership experience in the specified industries, a proven track record of revenue growth, and experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams. The role requires a deep understanding of commercial construction sales cycles, contractor relationships, and the ability to manage KPIs and sales performance metrics. The candidate should also have strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to align sales initiatives with operational capacity. Core competencies include exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a strategic, data-driven, and market-focused approach. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and existing relationships within the commercial construction and restoration markets are a plus.
