You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. $18.50 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:- Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
- Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
- Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
- Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
- This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
- Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
