Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Associate
Los Angeles, CA | San Francisco, CA | Palo Alto, CA | 2+ Years Experience
Direct Counsel represents a leading national law firm seeking a Junior ECVC Associate to join its growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice.
The Role- Represent startups, emerging companies, technology companies, and venture capital funds .
- Advise clients throughout the business lifecycle, including formation, financings, and M&A .
- Work on sophisticated venture capital and corporate transactions alongside experienced attorneys.
- Support clients ranging from early-stage startups to established technology companies.
- 2+ years of relevant corporate/ECVC experience , preferably at a comparable law firm.
- Strong academic credentials and references.
- Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Quantitative and Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- $235,000–$260,000 annual salary , depending on experience.
