Material Handler I

Revelyst is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Position Overview The Material Handler position is responsible for various aspects of the distribution center processing and receiving, fulfillment, and shipping of product and inventory management. This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is based out of our Olathe, KS location. Responsibilities Perform various warehouse functions including receiving, packaging, and shipping of customer orders. Perform cycle counts on inventories. Ensure a neat and clean environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in a proper manner. Comply with all safety procedures. Use a handheld scanner and other distribution-related IT equipment. Qualifications Working knowledge of distribution functions. Sound judgment and reasonability. Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts. Effective communication skills with all co‑workers and ability to maintain a high attention to detail. Ability to perform additional duties as required. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of related experience; RF experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Starting hourly rate: $17.50. Annual salary will be based on experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
