Material Handler II

As a Material Handler - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials within our facility. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to various departments. Responsibilities Handle and maintain flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts Utilize SAP system to maintain accurate inventory records Ensure proper storage of materials in designated locations Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Experience in material handling or a related field Experience with inventory management systems Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing environment Forklift certification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
