We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Regional Facilities Coordinator in Mesa, AZ to champion our physical plant maintenance and asset protection.


Job Qualifications


To excel as our Regional Facilities Coordinator in Mesa, AZ , you must possess the following qualifications:

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of dedicated facilities coordination or maintenance management experience, specifically handling multi-unit commercial properties or high-volume restaurant layouts.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong, practical understanding of commercial kitchen facility layouts, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and preventative maintenance frameworks.
• On-Call Availability: Total flexibility to manage early morning or late-night facility emergencies as they arise.
• Physical Stamina: The physical capability required to perform exhaustive, hands-on building walk-throughs and structural audits.
• Location & Travel: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Mesa, AZ , with a reliable personal vehicle to travel frequently between regional stores.

Job Responsibilities


As the Regional Facilities Coordinator , you will take the facility coordination burden off our in-store management teams by directly managing repairs, preventative maintenance, and structural compliance across our high-volume locations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Specialized Equipment Maintenance: Manage routine diagnostics, preventative maintenance schedules, and rapid repairs for specialized commercial restaurant equipment, with a heavy emphasis on the operational upkeep of live seafood holding tanks.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Source, vet, negotiate with, and supervise external local contractors handling mechanical, electrical, plumbing, commercial refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
• Structural & Aesthetic Compliance: Oversee routine physical plant audits using structural checklists to guarantee that kitchen line equipment, lighting, media/audio systems, and overall restaurant aesthetics strictly align with corporate brand standards.
• Sanitation & Health Code Oversight: Ensure restaurant kitchen and dining structures are maintained flawlessly to comply with local Arizona health department regulations and internal food safety protocols.
• Safety & Security Audits: Execute physical facility risk assessments, monitor restaurant building security systems, oversee fire suppression inspections, and maintain organized regulatory logs.
