Accounting Clerk OpportunityThis position functions as a dual-support role within the Accounting Department, providing cross-coverage across multiple accounting functions based on operational needs. The schedule will typically include approximately three (3) days dedicated to Income Audit responsibilities and two (2) days supporting General Cashiering, with additional time assisting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other accounting projects as assigned. Because of operational coverage requirements, weekend availability is required.We are seeking candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment, ideally with experience supporting multiple Food & Beverage outlets, banquets, or high-transaction revenue streams. Prior Night Audit experience is strongly preferred due to the operational nature of this role. Preferred systems exposure includes: Opera Cloud, Oracle MICROS Simphony, A3 Financial Systems, FareHarbor, Square POS.Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a high level of attention to detail. This role requires someone who is comfortable investigating discrepancies, identifying trends or irregularities, and proactively asking questions to ensure financial accuracy.
