Plan, organize, and provide speech and language services to students which meet the goals and objectives of their Individual Education Plan and/or Clinic Treatment Plan Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings Minimum Requirements Licensed in California as a Speech‑Language Pathologist and ASHA CCCs Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite) Strong collaboration and documentation skills Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage) Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ A clear TB test Environment & Physical Qualifications Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs About TES Total Education Solutions (TES) is a female‑owned organization led by experienced educators and clinicians who are passionate about creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities.
