Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active OT license for the state required
• Prior experience in schools or pediatrics settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement evidence-based therapy sessions within the school context
• Document progress, maintain records, and provide reports as needed
• Work alongside teachers and staff to ensure integration of OT supports in students’ daily routines
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Offer guidance and training to school personnel and families regarding OT strategies
