Graitec, a global BIM software leader, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support US-based employees and managers. You will partner with global leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving people initiatives across the organization. This role reports to the Senior HR Director and focuses on employee lifecycle programs, leadership coaching, change management, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition to build diverse pipelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
