Work Environment

The role of Physical Therapist at our clinic is an onsite position, predominantly involving home care visits. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations to assess patients' physical conditions and symptoms.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunctions and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans.
• Instructing patients on the proper execution of therapeutic exercise techniques to ensure maximum benefit.
• Administering manual therapies, including stimulation and massage, to promote healing and alleviate discomfort.
• Assisting patients in using therapeutic equipment, such as walkers and wheelchairs, to enhance their mobility.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records, tracking progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing guidance to patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to follow post-therapy.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors with various diagnoses and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and computer software.
