Imperial Conveying Solutions LLC is currently searching for a full-time Service/Assembly Associate to support our Service Department and contribute to a collaborative, family-oriented team environment.

This role is a great fit for a mechanically inclined candidate who is eager to learn and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced setting. The successful candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist others while receiving feedback and direction professionally.

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Ability to assemble parts accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and diligence.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during assembly.
• Ability to read, write, and maintain accurate time logs and job records.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer service relationships.
• Safety-minded approach to all work is required.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards is preferred.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift or demonstrate willingness to learn.
• Use stick welding skills when needed; experience is preferred, but training may be provided.
• Travel to jobsites throughout the United States as part of the Service Team when needed.
• Make local pickups and deliveries, including occasional trailer towing.
• Support work during company shutdowns when needed, including weekends and holidays. Sunday and holiday work is currently paid at double-time rates.
• Perform assembly tasks, including preparing materials, reviewing drawings, and using hand and power tools.
• Work overtime during busy periods when required.
• Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of nuts, bolts, idlers, and other key components.
• Prepare materials and components for shipment.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. as required for the position.
• Read blueprints and drawings; prior experience is preferred.
• Work with accuracy, precision, and strong attention to detail.
• Use basic computer skills to support job-related tasks.
• Assist with arranging freight shipments as needed.
• Receive materials and verify accurate counts.
