Description

We're seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead a new service team. If you're an experienced HVAC professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality service, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support HVAC service technicians
Manage daily service schedules, dispatching, and job prioritization
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and assist on complex residential and commercial HVAC calls
Train and mentor service team members
Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve service issues
Coordinate with parts and inventory teams to ensure job readiness
Enforce safety and operational standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential & commercial)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
EPA Type II certification preferred
Strong communication, scheduling, and customer service skills
Ability to lead and inspire a service-driven team
Organized, punctual, and adaptable

Salary Description

$60,000-85,000
