Principal Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Principal Test Manage r to lead end-to-end testing for a large-scale OpenText Exstream Transformatio n program. This role requires expertise in enterprise testing, SAP-integrated applications, data migration, ETL validation, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of customer communication and document transformation initiatives . Lead Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Data Migration, and UAT testing activities Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, schedules, and execution metrics Coordinate testing efforts across Business, Development, QA, and System Integration teams Validate migration of 100+ document templates, bills, statements, notices, and customer correspondence Oversee Data Migration and ETL testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy Lead defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution Manage UAT planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and sign-off Provide testing status reports, risk assessments, and go-live recommendations Validate integrations between OpenText Exstream, SAP ECC, AWS-hosted services, and downstream systems Ensure high-quality delivery throughout the transformation lifecycle Required Skills 12+ years of Software Testing / Quality Assurance experience 5+ years of Test Lead or Test Management experience Functional Testing Integration Testing System Testing Regression Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) SAP ECC Integration Testing Data Migration Testing ETL Testing Test Execution & Reporting Stakeholder Management Enterprise Transformation Testing OpenText Exstream StreamServe\\ Customer Communications Management (CCM) Document Composition Solutions Bill Presentment Systems AWS Cloud Utility Industry Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr American Unit, Inc
