Dental Receptionist

Job Description Job Description We are a General and Prosthodontic dental office on the Bloomfield, Glen Ridge border that prides ourselves on offering exceptional dental care in a friendly, welcoming environment. We are seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to be a part of our team.
Qualifications:
•Must display excellent communication and organizational skills
•Be able to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy
•Should be proficient in scheduling to maximize productivity and patient flow
•Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
•Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Greeting and screening patients
•Maintaining and updating patient records
•Sending and receiving emails
•Scheduling and confirming appointments
•Billing
Experience:
•Knowledge of dental terminology
•Knowledge of dental procedures
•CDT Codes
•Minimum one year dental experience required
