Trauma-Informed Case Manager — Family Shelter

The Brooklyn Bureau of Community Services, Inc is seeking a full-time Case Manager for its family shelter in New York, NY. This role involves providing comprehensive, trauma-informed case management services to families experiencing homelessness. You will assess and address barriers to housing, developing individualized service plans aimed at achieving stability and self-sufficiency. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, with strong interpersonal skills and at least one year of case management experience in related services.
