Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year. Benefits 401(k) + match Health / Dental / Vision insurance PTO + Holiday + Sick time Parental leave Profit sharing Job Summary The Controller will oversee the accounting and HR functions, reporting to the CEO. Day to Day Responsibilities Oversee full cycle accounting, ensuring timely and accurate month‑end close Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger Manage and train accounting department Manage cash flow, ensuring organizational needs are met Oversee purchasing and payroll activities Work with CEO to ensure contracts and pricing meet company standards Draft and manage operational and project budgets and forecasts Financial reporting including balance sheet, operating costs, etc. Maintain accounting and documentation systems (e.g., QuickBooks) Lead audit/finance committee Monitor banking information Inventory and fixed asset accounting Manage vendor pricing and contracts HR Management: Maintain insurance and health care coverage plans, compensation analysis, payroll oversight, recruiting oversight, employee relations Required Qualifications Prior experience leading Accounting and HR functions within one organization QuickBooks Enterprise and Online Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Contract review experience Payroll management Preferred Qualifications ERP integrations / implementations Job costing Pricing negotiations Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
