Impactful In-Home Family Intervention Specialist
Youth Villages
Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support high-need youth and families in a home and community setting. You will carry a caseload of 4 to 6 families, conduct regular individual and family sessions, and assess youth needs from a strength-based perspective. Travel up to 60–80 miles for home visits, collaborate with case workers and courts to build treatment plans, provide crisis support, and document care in an EMR while pursuing professional development and continuing #J-18808-Ljbffr Youth Villages
