Member Experience Specialist

Responsibilities Provide member service, maintain checkout area, and resolve member issues and concerns. Promote Sam’s Club products and services and give guidance on self‑service technology. Process member purchases and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies. Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations. Organize merchandise, zone areas, maintain entrance and exit areas, and ensure a safe shopping environment. Assist in securing and safeguarding assets, respond to emergencies, and keep required paperwork and logs. Train and educate Member Frontline Services associates on procedures, new technology, and program rollouts. Identify shrink, damages, and compliance issues, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers to prioritize tasks and drive continuous improvement. Model integrity, ethical behavior, and Walmart values in all interactions. Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers. Experience with mobile retail applications. Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric focus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications may be preferred.
