Customer Experience Associate & Member Experience Coordinator Dripping Springs Racquet Club Position Summary Do you love people, sales, sports, and creating memorable experiences? Dripping Springs Racquet Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer‑focused Customer Experience Associate & Member Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of our club while helping drive membership growth, program participation, and event success. This position combines exceptional customer service with sales, marketing, event coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, creating engaging experiences, following up with prospective members, and helping programs reach full capacity. Primary Responsibilities Member & Guest Experience Welcome members and guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming club atmosphere. Assist members with check‑in, reservations, purchases, and account questions. Answer phones, emails, and in‑person inquiries promptly and professionally. Resolve member concerns while maintaining a positive experience. Promote club amenities, memberships, clinics, lessons, camps, tournaments, and special events. Membership Sales & Retention Assist with new membership sales through tours, relationship building, and follow‑up. Contact prospective members through phone calls, emails, and text campaigns. Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow‑up systems. Convert inquiries into membership through excellent customer service and consistent communication. Support membership retention through outreach to inactive members and participation tracking. Help execute referral campaigns and membership promotions. Track membership leads, conversions, and retention activities. Events & Programming Create, organize, coordinate, and facilitate revenue‑generating events. Develop creative programming that increases participation and enhances the member experience. Promote events through social media, email marketing, flyers, and in‑club communication. Work with coaches and department leaders to ensure programs are adequately staffed and promoted. Monitor registrations and assist in filling programs to capacity. Track attendance, revenue, participation trends, and event success. Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown. Front Desk Operations Process reservations for courts, lessons, clinics, camps, and events. Maintain accurate scheduling and reservation records. Process membership applications, renewals, payments, and account updates. Maintain accurate member information and transaction records. Operate a point‑of‑sale system for memberships and Pro Shop purchases. Assist with administrative projects as assigned. Retail & Pro Shop Sales Promote Pro Shop merchandise through product knowledge and recommendations. Maintain attractive merchandise displays. Assist with inventory organization and merchandising. Help achieve monthly retail sales goals. Club Appearance & Facility Support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment. Ensure brochures, schedules, and promotional materials remain stocked and current. Assist with maintaining common areas, pool deck, court water stations, and member spaces. Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Assist with event setup and facility preparation. Marketing & Communication Help promote club programming through newsletters, social media, flyers, and member communications. Capture photos and content during events for marketing purposes. Assist with community outreach and promotional initiatives. Represent the club professionally both in person and online. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Sales or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using computers and reservation software Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated and results‑driven Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events Passion for racquet sports, fitness, or hospitality is a plus Preferred Experience Customer service Sales or membership sales Event planning or coordination Administrative or front desk operations Retail sales Social media marketingCRM or lead management systems Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: Outstanding member satisfaction Membership sales and retention Event participation and profitability Program registrations Lead follow‑up completion Retail sales performance Accuracy of administrative work Teamwork and professionalism Compensation & Incentives In addition to hourly compensation, this position may qualify for performance‑based incentives, including: Membership sales commissions or bonuses Revenue sharing opportunities on qualifying events and programs Participation growth incentives Retail sales incentives Performance bonuses based on club goals (Payouts are issued during the second payroll of the month following qualification.)
