About Us

Concierge Dental Group is a five-location dental practice in Western New York: Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville. We're hiring an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator at our Clarence location (5363 Transit Rd.).

What the Role Actually Looks Like

• Sit down with patients after their clinical exam and walk them through the doctor's recommended plan in language they understand.
• Translate between the clinical team and the financial side insurancequestions, financing options, payment structures so nothing standsbetween the patient and their care.
• Partner with the scheduling team to get accepted treatment on the books.
• Own measurable outcomes: case acceptance, scheduled production, andrevenue contribution.
• Receive weekly coaching and continuing education from our dedicated leadership team.
• Build a real career path strong TCs at CDG move into seniorcoordinator, lead, or office manager roles.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in treatment coordination, dental case presentation, patient finance, or a comparable patient-facing role with measurableacceptance/conversion goals.
• Strong communicator you can make a clinical conversation feelhuman, not transactional.
• Comfortable with practice management software (Open Dental experience a plus) and dental insurance/financing tools (CareCredit, Cherry, Lending Club, etc.)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, dependable.
• Willing to occasionally support our other locations.
