Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join a team. This role involves selling and servicing personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life. Responsibilities Sell and service personal lines insurance policies, including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text. Maintain accurate documentation and policy records. Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales and retention goals. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License and Active Life Insurance License (required). Experience: Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales and service. Soft Skills: Customer Service Excellence. Strong Communication Skills. Relationship Building. Sales and Persuasion.
