About Us
JAX Recycles specializes in the metals industry and mechanical dismantling. We are growing fast, operating at a high volume, and looking for a reliable, hard-working Industrial Driver & Field Operations Lead to handle our heavy transport and hands-on site operations.
What You’ll Do as an Industrial Driver & Field Operations Lead
Drive & Deliver : Safely operate company vehicles to transport industrial materials and scrap goods efficiently.
Client Relations : Act as the primary professional contact with clients during site pickups and deliveries.
Hands-On Labor : Execute daily physical work, loading, and on-site material handling with a sharp, proactive attitude.
Maintain Accountability : Ensure accurate load tracking, documentation, and prompt arrival times.
Must-Haves & Big Plus
Unmatched Reliability : Show up on time, every day, ready to work hard.
Strong Communication : Friendly, professional, and clear when speaking with our network.
Loyalty & Integrity : Trustworthy individuals looking to grow long-term with a fast-scaling company.
Physical Stamina : Comfortable with active, heavy 8+ hour workdays in an industrial/scrap metal environment.
Valid Driver's License : Clean driving record is non-negotiable.
Plus : Previous experience in construction, demolition, scrap metal, or industrial route driving.
