MRI Technologist - 13 Week Contract

Schedule

This position requires a night shift schedule, working 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience in various MRI procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include conducting MRI scans in compliance with safety standards and assisting clinicians as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performing MRI scans on patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during scanning procedures.
• Administering contrast media and starting peripheral IVs as necessary.
• Maintaining and operating MRI equipment in accordance with standard procedures.
• Documenting and reporting MRI findings to the appropriate healthcare team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience preferred.
• Current ARRT certification in MRI and Radiography.
• BLS certification required.
