As a First Impressions Associate, you’ll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that helps patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. What You’ll Do Greet patients warmly and handle check-in and check-out Make sure patient information is accurate and complete Answer questions and help patients feel at ease, even on busy days Verify insurance and referrals ahead of appointments Collect co-pays and payments accurately Schedule, confirm, and update appointments Work closely with coworkers to keep everything running smoothly Jump in and help wherever needed—we’re a team! What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of customer service experience Comfort using computers and office systems Skills That Set You Apart Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and team-oriented Why Join Us?
