The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will suport a tech organization that designs, manufactures and distributes systems. Responsibilities Purchasing Activities: MRP, issuing/managing PO’s and distribution orders, component pricing, safety stock, disposition of slow moving/obsolete parts, processing drop ship orders ERP Key User for purchasing, warehousing, receiving, shipping using basic knowledge of sales, RMA’s, production and service orders New part set up and new supplier set up Place PO & workbook orders on BranchServ, releasing line items to the warehouse and ensure they are labeled and packaged correctly Create referral PO’s to referral partners monthly for sales Create manual PO’s for supply items and/or PRF forms received from various departments Backup to inventory analyst responsibilities Assist finance with reports needed for auditors Responsible for weekly product availability/S&OP spreadsheet and daily orders inside leadtime spreadsheet Qualifications 4+ years experience as a Buyer 2+ years experience using INFOR 3 years plus experience with Excel or Google Sheets Excellent relationship building and management skills Benefits 4 weeks paid vacation a year (prorated based on hire date) #J-18808-Ljbffr
