Forklift Driver – Nights Summary We’re looking for a safety‑focused and reliable Forklift Driver to support warehouse and production operations. Location: Haw River, NC Schedule: Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You’ll Do Operate forklifts and powered equipment to move materials across the facility Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Stage materials and support production with timely deliveries Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Secure loads to prevent damage during transport Maintain accurate records of inventory and material movement Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support general warehouse operations as needed What You’ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of warehouse or forklift experience preferred Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems Ability to perform basic math calculations Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment How You Will Be Successful Building Relationships: Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly Challenging the Expected: Look for ways to improve efficiency and productivity Integrity and Respect: Handle materials accurately and responsibly Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Follow all safety and operational standards Why Join MPG?
