As a Baker / Food Production Worker, your role will be hands-on and varied. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities: - Follow instructions and work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. - Operate commercial ovens and handle dough (it’s physically demanding, but rewarding!). - Assist with baking, cleaning, packaging, shipping, and customer service as needed. - Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to food safety requirements. - Communicate effectively with team members and managers. - Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work on your feet for extended periods, and move in and out of freezers for product handling.

We’re searching for individuals who: - Are over the age of 18. - Are trainable and able to follow instructions. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with others. - Meet food safety dress code requirements (no piercings, jewelry, false nails, etc.). - Are ready to contribute to a team that values quality, dedication, and exceptional service.
