Account Manager – Central Territory The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager. Accounts Receivable Coordinator – North America Finance The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Aerogen’s North America Finance function by ensuring timely and accurate customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation. This position will maintain strong customer relationships, manage AR processes in accordance with company policies, and contribute to an efficient cash collection cycle. The AR Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support revenue accuracy and operational excellence. Associate Clinical Educator – Southeast France Department: Commercial-EMEA Location: France As an Associate Clinical Educator, you will deliver clinical education that enables healthcare professionals to use Aerogen technologies safely and effectively across the Aerogen product portfolio. Working within your assigned region, you will collaborate with Account or Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to deliver clinical education that enables the implementation and integration of Aerogen therapies within hospital departments. Through education and clinical engagement, you will help clinicians build confidence in using Aerogen technology within everyday clinical practice. This role offers clinicians the opportunity to transition into the medical technology industry while continuing to apply their clinical expertise. The Associate Clinical Educator builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to independently deliver clinical education and enable the adoption of Aerogen therapies in clinical practice. Associate Medical Science Liaison – Australia Department: MedicalAffairs Location: Australia As an Associate Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners across the APAC region. You will help shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Clinical and Sales Specialist – Argentina (Buenos Aires) Location: Argentina The Clinical and Commercial Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving Aerogen’s commercial success in Argentina, with a primary focus on Buenos Aires region. This position integrates sales activities, clinical support, and strategic planning to strengthen relationships with current customers, identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver clinical training. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, while also managing and supporting partnerships with distributors. Digital Transformation Intern – Ireland (Galway) Department: IT Location: Ireland – Galway As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will play a key role in evaluating and enhancing digital tools and platforms to support efficient and secure processes within Aerogen’s fast‑growing, global business. EHS Graduate – Ireland (Galway) Department: Environmental, Health & Safety Location: Ireland – Galway The EHS Graduate will play a key supporting role within the Environmental, Health & Safety function, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS systems across the organisation. The role will assist with health authority interactions on CMC topics and manage all regulatory submissions to maintain approvals for study execution and adverse event reporting. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II – Ireland (Galway) Department: Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Location: Ireland – Galway The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II will work as part of Aerogen’s Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team, establishing and executing regulatory strategies for new product approvals and lifecycle management. The role will involve late‑stage development, regulatory authoring, and supporting BLA submissions, analytical method development, and stability studies.
