Oversee operational functions, including logistics, supply chain, and facilities management, ensuring streamlined workflows and adherence to quality standards. 3. Evaluate and continuously improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing industry best practices, and adopting innovative solutions. 4. Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing operations team by setting clear objectives, offering ongoing feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. 5. Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans effectively to meet financial targets, minimize costs, and ensure sustainable business practices. Minimum Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments. 3. Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving continuous operational improvements. Preferred Requirements Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
