The ideal candidate for our position has to possess the solid communication skills it takes to DRIVE INSURANCE SALES among potential clients and new clients. If you can bring a friendly attitude and a passion for customer service, we’ll invest our resources into training you to be a successful sales representative!

Compensation:

$82,500 - $97,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards
• Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and ongoing coaching
• Monitor key metrics and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Maintain operational compliance with internal and external standards
• Direct day-to-day business functions and team operations

Qualifications:

• The ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environment
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a management or leadership role
• A strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting
