Who you are:
- 2-5+ years of experience supporting legal billing and administrative functions at a law firm
- Hands-on experience with legal billing and accounting software systems
- Organized, professional, and client-facing with strong emotional intelligence and follow-through
- Support client billing, invoicing, AR, AP, and collections follow-up in close collaboration with the external accounting firm
- Maintain and organize client and matter files within the document management system
- Provide administrative and client-facing support, including phones, calendars, filings, vendor management, supplies, and office coordination
- Collaborative, respectful team environment with low turnover
- Hybrid schedule available after the initial training period
- Exposure to sophisticated transactional legal work without high-volume pressure
