Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior associate to join its Executive Compensation group in San Diego, California. The successful candidate will have experience with M&A transactions, equity compensation, and drafting compensation-related documents. Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and other compensation-related documents. Handle public company compensation disclosure requirements. Address related tax and securities law issues. Requirements Previous large law firm experience required. Admitted to practice in California or New York. Superior academic credentials from a top law school. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree, class of 2023-2024. Certifications Admitted to the bar in California or New York.
