Overview A year ago, Raad was an idea hatched by the beach in Miami. Today, it's a movement, mobilizing thousands of drone pilots to monitor the critical infrastructure people and businesses rely on. We are orchestrating hundreds of flights per month, inspecting GWs of solar, hundreds of miles of transmission & distribution lines, and whole neighborhoods of commercial properties. Responsibilities Own and captain the mission operations center. Qualifications Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Experience managing complex logistics or field operations. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Excellence in process design and operational efficiency.
