Contract Manager

Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of Carelon Health client contracts Oversee contracting workflows Ensure compliance with policies and regulations Evaluate contracts for adherence to standard terms Make suggested contract edits for attorney review Implement technology for contract lifecycle management Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Maintain and update contract templates Requirements BA/BS in a related field Minimum of 8 years of professional contract and negotiation experience Paralegal certification and/or training in the legal field preferred Healthcare contracting experience strongly preferred Salesforce experience preferred Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Agiloft, Conga) preferred; Conga strongly preferred Experience with AI contract review assistance preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
