Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s products and services and selling them to a variety of industries. You will: Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers, recommending the best innovative solutions. Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads. Use marketing tools to drive new business development. Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ commercial properties (training provided). Make recommendations based on inspections, addressing questions and setting expectations. Prepare sales agreements on the iPad provided, staying organized (training provided). We Offer Estimated first‑year earnings: $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Base pay plus uncapped commission. Company vehicle with gas card after training is completed. Company provided iPhone and iPad with sales software. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Ability to obtain the required pesticide license/certification if required (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field and interact with our clients. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Safe use of a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Access to crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
