Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night

*Increased Shift Differential Pay - Up to $4hr!

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Warsaw, MO, USA! About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, including administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Your warm and caring demeanor will create a sense of comfort and trust with our residents, making you an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with daily living activities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Participate in quality care initiatives and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with other members of the care team to provide comprehensive and coordinated care

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred

• Experience in long-term care or geriatric setting a plus

• Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
