Onboarding Project Manager

Managing the implementation of the onboarding system Enboarder, the full-time Onboarding Project Manager will oversee project management tasks, support software go-live, and enhance the new hire experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to implement and manage the onboarding system, ensuring effective communication and project alignment Act as the subject matter expert for Enboarder, providing guidance on system configuration and analyzing onboarding data to drive improvements Own the end-to-end onboarding process, including the development of SOPs and regular reviews of onboarding materials Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education Strong project management skills with proven experience in system implementation and functionality refinement In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Detail-oriented and critical thinker with advanced organizational skills Ability to perform complex calculations and analyze multiple sources of information
