Director of Operations

We're looking for a leader who can identify what needs to improve and work alongside the team to make it happen. What You'll Take Ownership Of Lead manufacturing, planning, quality, safety, maintenance, supply chain, inventory, and logistics. Improve productivity, throughput, labor efficiency, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery. Build and standardize operating processes, KPIs, and performance metrics. Drive Lean, 5S, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and waste reduction. Strengthen production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and ERP utilization. Identify opportunities for automation, equipment, and capital improvements. Develop supervisors and employees while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with senior leadership to help shape operational strategy and support long-term growth. What a Great Fit Looks Like 5+ years of manufacturing/operations leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field; Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered. Proven success improving manufacturing productivity, efficiency, and throughput. Strong experience with production planning, scheduling, inventory, and supply chain. Experience with Lean/5S, continuous improvement, and ERP systems.
