A highly regarded law firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate / Senior Attorney to join its Corporate Transaction team. The Opportunity This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys complex transactional matters , values autonomy, and wants to work in a collaborative, collegial environment . Ideal Background 8+ years of experience handling mergers & acquisitions, general corporate and transactional matters Additional experience strongly preferred in one or more of the following: private placements, operating and shareholder agreements, succession planning, tax-related matters, financing transactions, real estate acquisitions and leasing, licensing and intellectual property matters, complex contract drafting and negotiation Bar Admission Minnesota Bar admission required Why This Role?
