This large single-specialty Urology private practice is looking to expand its ever-growing services to keep up with market demand. Located just 1 Hour from Boston, this highly sought-after bedroom community has an existing team of 5 physicians plus midlevel and support staff. The program is looking for a General Urologist; however, there is a definite need for a Subspecialty Urologist if they are interested in doing General Urology as well. Position Highlights: 4 or 5 Day Work Week 1:5 Call with Midlevels taking primary weekday call (and some weekends). *Compensation: The base salary range is $400,000 to $500,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank. Base salary never goes away. Position does not qualify for Visa sponsorships. Board Eligible or Board Certification Required (upon eligibility) Actively considering 2027 and 2028 Transition Year Urologists.
