Guide patients and their families in understanding therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercises. Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification preferred. Specialty certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) viewed favorably, but not mandatory. Prior experience is highly desirable. Aptitude for treating patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and collaborative abilities. Proficiency in digital charting and clinical documentation systems.
