Position Overview
Looking for steady, meaningful work with a team that values you? Kortney Schultz State Farm is hiring a Customer Relations Representative in Colorado Springs, Colorado offering dependable weekday hours, a supportive office environment, and benefits you can build on.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service on inbound calls and walk-in customer visits
- Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
- Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
- Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
- Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system
- Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
- Positive, professional, customer-first attitude
- Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills

Pay range: $40,000-$50,000 per year
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent.
