Destination Nissan of Albany is hiring for a Body Shop Estimator. The Estimator helps facilitate a smooth process for body shop customers by estimating jobs, working closely with insurance carriers, and handles administrative duties for the Body Shop. - Write accurate and timely estimates for collision repairs
- Write accurate and timely estimates for collision repairs.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers/adjusters.
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with our team of technicians to ensure high-quality repair
- Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date with the latest repair methods and technologies
- Prepares final billing for completed repair orders
- 1-2 years of experience writing estimates in a body shop
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Valid New York state adjusters /appraiser license
